Those who intend to manufacture / import chemicals in accordance with the full revision of the Industrial Safety and Health Act must submit the MSDS to the Minister of Employment and Labor before manufacturing / importing.
- The trade secret should approved in advance by the Minister of Employment and Labor according to pre-assessment system when the name and content of ingredients in MSDS are not disclosed.
